Beth’s goal is to educate and empower people to make positive, healthy food and lifestyle choices that will lead to more energy, less stress and a stronger, happier body, mind and spirit.
Prior to studies and work in the field of nutrition and wellness, Beth’s career was centered in recreation, hospitality and restaurant management. Traveling, working and living from coast to coast before landing here in North Carolina has shaped a diverse background of experiences. She is an active outdoor enthusiast and has spent several years teaching skiing, kayaking and surfing.
A few years ago through a diagnosis of severe tension headaches related to dietary intolerances, Beth realized the need to pay closer attention to food choices which also sparked a renewed interest in studying nutrition and wellness. She is passionate about sharing her personal experiences, studies and knowledge with others to help them grow as well and create their own path to personal vitality.
Health Coaching provides a wide variety of resources, as well as the necessary guidance, support and accountability needed to keep motivated and achieve personal wellness goals.
