Benefits of Apple Cider Vinger, Fish Oil and Inflama Complete

Happy New Year! Welcome to 2017! New year, new you….right?! Most people are trying to get back on track with their diets, exercise, and normal routines after the holidays have come and gone. Putting away decorations, cleaning up after house guests, and ridding the fridge of foods that are not so good for us! Our bodies tend to be worn down and more inflammed come January and everyone is looking for the magic detox pill/diet. How can we help get ourselves back on track? Here are a few of my favorite things that I use year round to help combat inflammation throughout the entire body!
Apple cider vinegar
This stuff is amazing. I take this every morning before I even drink my coffee. I make hot water, a few tablespoons of Bragg’s Organic Raw ‘from the mother’ apple cider vinegar, quarter of fresh squeezed lemon juice, and some raw local honey. I used to try and chug the apple cider vinegar as a shot but that was tough at 5am, so I made this lovely concoction instead. Here are just a few reasons you should add this to your daily routine: it’s great for detoxifying the body, it aids with digestion, helps to boost energy, can treat acid reflux and heart burn, helps to balance your bodies pH which can reduce the risk of chronic illness, can support weight loss and boost metabolism, helps to lower blood pressure, fights seasonal allergies, helps to rid of the common cold and sore throats, and can boost probiotics in the gut. Phew, that was intense! This is just a small list of things it does for the body. It really is an amazing thing to have on hand and use more often than not-I swear by it and will continue to use it in my daily routine.

Fish Oil & Inflama-complete
These 2 are staples in my house and in our office. The fish oil and inflama-complete are an excellent way to help fight off inflammation throughout the entire body-even in your GI tract! Inflama-complete contains turmeric, ginger root extract, holy basil leaf extract, and black cherry extract-all great things for combating inflammation! Fish oil is full of omega-3 fatty acids which are ‘essential’ fatty acids that our bodies cannot produce. We must consume them in our daily diets to get them. Omega-3s are great for cardiovascular health, stabilizing blood sugar levels, reducing muscle, joint, and bone pain by reducing inflammation, improving mood, and preventing depression, helping balance cholesterol levels, boosting immunity, and more!
